Update to the Domestic Application Fee

The domestic application fee for programs starting between August 2025 and July 2026 will be updated from $125 to $150. The updated fee will take effect with the launch of the 2025-2026 application cycle on September 28, 2024.

The application fee will remain the same ($125) for applications to programs starting between August 2024 and July 2025. 

Information on Vouchers 

To support learners who may face financial barriers, colleges and other organizations can purchase vouchers that cover the complete cost of the application fee using the new OCAS Vouchers Portal.

Colleges can purchase bulk volumes of vouchers at the current rate of $125 until September 28, 2024, should they desire to do so. Starting September 28, 2024, vouchers will cost $150.

Vouchers are no longer tied to a specific application cycle and will apply to the entire domestic application fee, regardless of the amount. For example, a voucher purchased for $125 will cover an application with a $150 fee (and vice versa). Learners applying to both application cycles will need to decide which application to apply their voucher to.
